Reimbursement FAQ

While we are not in-network with any insurances, if you have out-of-network benefits it is possible that you may be able to receive reimbursements for your sessions. Below find information on utilizing your out-of-network benefits. 

CHECK IF YOU HAVE OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS

 

Call your insurance company and ask the following:

– Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health (specifically for CPT Code: 90834)? 
– Do I have a deductible, and if so,  what is it? 
– What is my coinsurance/ what percentage of my bill will be covered after my deductible is met?
– How do I submit a superbill? 

UTILIZING OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS

 

Once you have determined that you have out-of-network benefits you can let us know when you begin sessions. You will be responsible for paying the cost of the session upfront (your rate is set based on our honor system-based sliding scale) and then we will provide you with a superbill for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
