I am a trauma-focused, psychodynamic therapist who brings a culturally inclusive lens to my practice. Central to my practice is a focus on collaboration, compassion, and cultural humility. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit work together, and all aspects should be explored to promote overall wellness.

My experiences are influenced by my work at CASES, Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services, and Siena House Shelter for women and children. I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, families, using multiple modalities- individual and group therapy. Presenting issues in my work include anxiety, depression, oppression, racial trauma, PTSD, and postpartum depression.

I am passionate about equity and inclusion, with a focus on providing exemplary therapeutic experiences for the marginalized and underrepresented.

My self-care and wellness practices include: meditation, reading, reality TV, and writing.
