Julia is an empathetic and client-centered therapist with a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships. Julia works collaboratively with her clients to address issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges. She has particular expertise in helping individuals navigate the often challenging world of dating, offering support and strategies to build healthier and more fulfilling connections. She also works with couples, supporting them through challenges with sex life, daily communication, and infidelity. Julia integrates psychodynamic principles with cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and imaginal exposure to help clients navigate life’s transitions and build meaningful relationships. Zakh Flynn, LMSW

Zakh Flynn, LMSW

Zakh is committed to helping clients explore their inner worlds, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance. Zakh’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, emphasizing the importance of understanding one’s past to create a healthier present. In addition to working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity exploration, Zakh specializes in supporting C-suite executives, guiding them through the unique pressures and challenges of leadership.
